Refund & Return Policy

Returns

At Blayro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return period of up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn;

  • Be in the same condition as received;

  • Include all original tags and packaging;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at blayro.co@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items;

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

If you have questions regarding the eligibility of your item for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
